So Kate sent this to me today and I love it. It’s not often I’m driven to use the word “cute” in public, but this can not be helped. This little Red Panda attacking this pumpkin is the cutest thing ever. Please enjoy.

So on Sunday for no reason at all I decided that dport7 needed a little freshening up. As you might have noticed I went out and got us a brand new theme. It always takes a little while to make a new theme your own but I’m well on my way. I know it’s been a little while since I posted. I thought this might be a good thing to do in the mean time till something exciting happens for me to talk about. The only thing I can’t decide on is the lack of a side column to display my tweets and what not. Although it looks much cleaner with this single column. Watch for changes I’m hoping to keep on this. I can’t decide on a background to save my life.

As promised from a few posts ago. I’d like to introduce you all to a new character here on dport7. Krissy my cousin and member of the dport7 family had a baby last week named Ethan. Before he was born she had asked if I would do a safari or jungle themed drawing for the nursery. I instantly decided on an elephant and thought it would be great to do him in the style of turbo and dport7. Some of you may remember we used to have a character on the site years ago that was an elephant and his name was Dumpy. I thought this would be a great way to bring him back to the site.
Anyway Krissy received it the other day and said she liked it, so I’m a happy camper. What a fun project, it was a pleasure.
Check out the pics below and enjoy!!!

So it’s been a tough week. Kate and I have had the sickness that is ravaging NYC. My entire office is sick. They’ve been dropping like flies all week.

Anyway last Sunday Kate and I had to fix the sink because after a month or so of ignoring the fact that it was taking longer and longer to drain it stopped all together. Now I know how much you love when I make boring videos. I was sure to get this one on tape for you. Remember that video I did of that guy drilling out the lock on our door? That was boring BTW this was another video shot, edited, and posted all on the phone. I love this thing! Totally edited this on my way home on the subway. Enjoy!

Let me bring you up to speed.

1. We started playing tennis. Take bets on if this will last.
2. I’ve had an eye twitch in my right eye for 2, yes 2 weeks. Going crazy.
3. Got promoted at work to “Associate Director of Industrial Design”.
4. My friends Billy and Sarah got engaged. Congrats.
5. I’m pretty sure my terrarium is completely dead! What the eff!!
6. Spent a significant amount of time being mad and talking about how stupid “Occupy Wall Street” is! Stupid kids.
7. Really busy.

Kind of a lot happening this weekend. We went to Beacon NY to check out the Art Museum DIA. Funny story none of us really like art museums. As always it was filled this kinda off putting art that only the true modern art douche bags can defend. We did our best to see the entire place. The space was amazing, an old factory with wood floors massive amounts of space really nice. After the museum we walked into town and saw some stores and went to lunch. All in all a pretty nice day away from the city. Enjoy the pictures

Sunday was the Jets game. Billy and his Jets Army were nice enough to invite me to the game and to take part in all the pregame goings on. The Jets took down the Jaguars pretty easily so it made for a pretty happy group. I’m pretty sure I met like 50 people but can’t hardly remember anything. I think you’ll be able to tell from the pictures it was a pretty full day of party. Before Sunday I had no football allegiance what so ever. Now I’ve emerged a Jets fan. J….E….T…S jets jets jets….. why not.
